“birth photography is a gift greater than I’ve ever received

a record of my greatestest strength and deepest love”

I believe…

I believe in babies—the pure beginning where I find my truest home. I believe in late-night baking sessions and dreaming deep into the quiet hours. I believe in travel, in seeking out the diverse and the new, and in laughing until tears roll down my cheeks. I believe there can never be enough hugs in this world (they don’t call me the hugging doula for nothing!).

I believe in staying up all night with a good book, in movies that stir the soul, and in the beauty of both joy and grief.

I have been blessed by four magnificent children and the husband of my dreams. I also have two puppies, but I am a cat person at heart. Oh, the irony! I revere a tight community of healers, heart hustlers, and soul advocates.

Welcome to my tribe!

More than Birth

Beyond the moment

Support that continues
  • Placenta capsules provide support for many common symptoms after birth, such as the baby blues, exhaustion, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed. The practice of mothers eating the placenta has been commonplace in many cultures throughout history.

    • Placenta Pills

    • Placenta Tincture

    • Umbilical Cord Keepsake

    • Placenta Salve

  • A Birth Pool in a Box, it is a hospital-grade birth tub that accommodates two people (and your baby). It is eco-friendly and made without latex, lead, and cadmium.

    • Birthing Pool

    • One single-use disposable tub liner (disposable for enhanced safety and hygiene)

    • Inflating pump

    • Submersible water pump (sump pump) to remove the used water

  • This childbirth class combines the wisdom and knowledge of the Gentle Birth Program and over a decade of experience working as a birth worker within the Los Angeles birth community.

You will learn the essential tools to prepare for a positive experience, no matter what occurs on the day you’ll give birth.

  • Intuitive, therapeutic touch, is designed to weave together flowing circulatory massage, deep tissue release, and subtle craniosacral work to invite the whole body into harmony—soothing the nervous system, easing tension, and reconnecting you with your inner calm.

  • This ceremony focuses on restoring balance, releasing stored trauma, and reintegrating the body and spirit. It involves a series of nurturing, hands-on techniques such as massage, body wrapping, and energetically closing the body to bring a sense of wholeness and renewal. This sacred act helps realign the physical body, offering a sense of closure and peace after the intense experience of childbirth or other life transitions.
